2002 - 2005
Viewers may wear wireless headphones and step onto the astroturf
platforms. Movement across the platform and shifting body weight turn a
hidden fm transmitter on and off. Through the headphones one hears a
transmission mix of environmental recordings. The shaped platforms echo
topographical map imagery of these recording locations.
